Preparation
Pour une boisson saine et savoureuse, mélangez 1 cuillère à café (environ 2 g) du mélange finement moulu dans 250 ml d'eau chaude, ajoutez du miel selon votre goût et quelques gouttes de citron. Un sachet de 100 g permet de préparer 50 tasses de boisson chaude. Le mélange peut également être ajouté aux smoothies et aux jus de fruits frais.

La préparation des boissons chaudes ayurvédiques diffère de celle des tisanes en ce sens que les plantes ne sont pas infusées, mais seulement mélangées. La poudre broyée ou "churna" est consommée directement dans un liquide chaud. Contrairement aux boissons instantanées dont les additifs dissolvent le contenu en une solution chimique, les mélanges de boissons d'Amalaki sont préparés en qualité RAW 100 % naturelle et ne contiennent ni conservateurs ni additifs. La poudre finement moulue ne se dissout donc jamais dans l'eau. La chose la plus précieuse que contient la boisson est le mélange de plantes moulues, qui doit être remué dans de l'eau chaude, puis bu avec une cuillère à café de miel et quelques gouttes de citron. Le miel est utilisé dans l'Ayurveda pour améliorer l'assimilation des effets des plantes par les tissus du corps.
