This film is based on our trips to Nepal and India over the past 15 years. It introduces the imposing peaks of the Himalayas and life in its valleys, the sacred temples in Kathmandu and the royal palaces in Rajasthan, and tells of the rich nature and knowledge that shaped the knowledge and culture of the Indian subcontinent. Ayurveda, which originated on this fertile land more than 2,500 years ago, is a way to understand oneself. He who is willing to listen and put into practice the basic principles of physical and mental regime can maintain health and balance even in today's changing world.
